On 4th april 2019 while i am making payment through hdfc net banking for property tax to gandhinagar municipal corporation for rs.1, 491.62 through citruseazypay the amount has been deducted by bank but the transaction showing failed and showed as
"we regret the inconvenience caused. The page you have requested is not available at this time"
The details are as under:
Paid for property tax
Paid to gandhinagar municipal corporation
Paid on 4th april 2019
Paid through hdfc netbanking
Paid reference [protected]-citruseazypay
Reference no.[protected]
Kindly refund the said amount of rs.1, 491.62 immediately which was failed on 04.04.2019
I am also attaching bank statement for your kind and easy perusal.

However on 5th April 19 while received the cylinder delivery the person from HP gas agency stating that, they are not received online payment in their account and we have to pay them in cash. Without cash they are not able to delivered it. So we have paid again in cash as we don't have any option.Also Citrus Payment solution customer number is not responding at all. Request you please refund my money as i had paid 2 times.
