I have paid my property tax in ghmc app where citrus is payment gateway. The payment got succeed in bhim upi as approved, but same not done by citrus. The citrus has not confirmed payment success details to ghmc (Greater hyderabad municipal corporation). Bhim upi transaction details is:[protected] Date of transaction: 22 august 2019 Time: 10.6.59 am I have raised a complaint with citrus but did not get any response so far about my payment confirmation.
