[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — paid property tax in ghmc app through citrus payment method

I have paid my property tax in ghmc app where citrus is payment gateway.

The payment got succeed in bhim upi as approved, but same not done by citrus. The citrus has not confirmed payment success details to ghmc (Greater hyderabad municipal corporation).

Bhim upi transaction details is:[protected]
Date of transaction: 22 august 2019
Time: 10.6.59 am

I have raised a complaint with citrus but did not get any response so far about my payment confirmation.
Citrus support ticket number is : 05409577

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payu.in via email to assist you further -

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Also make a note without seeing attachments dont ask send bank transaction details etc...

I have sent all the details in the email as mentioned above. And I dont understand why you're not able to fetch the details, as I have provided screenshot of my BHIM UPI reference number and date time that is enough to track all the records, still then else you need. This time I have shared UPI and Bank screenshot.
