[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment deducted from my pnb but not credited to amazon

Hi support,

My name is manpreet and yesterday i paid to amazon from my pnb account. Payment deducted but not credited to amazon. I am attaching transaction pdf for more details.

Amazon said talk to payment gatway. I checked in details that payment is credited to citrus payment solution. I hope you will help me with this.
