[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment deducted from the bank but not accepted by the retailer | |||
Ref no[protected] I used citrus payment using upi ([protected]@axisbank) to pay (6470) for my orders on Zara app. But the order got cancelled because money was not accepted at the zara server end. I checked with my icici bank customer care and they said that amount has been deducted and being transferred to citrus pay, but on zara app it shows that the order is cancelled.
