[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failed 2 times while paying comedk fees | |||
Hi Citrus team, Today (10th April, 2019), I tried to make comedk entrance exam payment two times but it got failed and amount debited from hdfc account both the times., In bank statement its reflecting INR 2, 427.14 + 2, 427.14 got deducted but in comedk payment page (Citrus) its showing payment failed. Please let me know, when can I get money back and also please confirm is transaction is successful.
