[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment is debited from my sbi account and status has not changed from payment not made to payment completed.

My name is T Robert Tuanminthang. I have made a payment online banking for NIOS DELED 2nd year Admission fee and 2nd Semester Examination fee through my SBI account no. [protected] yesterday around 3:55pm, 4th July, 2018 but after then, my status has not changed from "payment not made" to "payment completed".

I have met sbi device manager and She told me that transaction already sent from the account.
