O.-balapara, Dist-bongaigaon, assam pin-783388 Reference no d[protected] School udise no [protected] Enrolment no Name formida mazid Father's name awal mazid Mother's name husnara mazid Application status payment not made I made my payment through sbi debit card 459*5626 worth rs.4545.00 on pos [protected] at eazypay icici bank ltd txn#[protected] Due to server failure payment is not updated.
