Dear sir, On 30/01/2018 I made a payment of ₹2251.50 on djbmseva app of my bill no.[protected] k.no. [protected]) through my Kotak credit card...amount was received by citrus pay ( transaction merchant number-008764)..but amount was not transferred to Delhi jal board as payment of my bill..the amount was then added in my next month bill as arrears by Delhi jal board..
