[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment status does not update on nios website

Sir/madam
I have paid exam fee for D.El.Ed course 501, 502 and 503 under NIOS using netbanking but payment status is not update yet. I have waited for 48 hrs but status is still not updating. My enrolment no. for D.El.Ed is [protected] and I I have made the payment on[protected] at 05:07pm. Please help me. If you consider my request, I will be very grateful to you.

• Citrus Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Amoumt of rs199 for the airtel recharge was done throught hdfc netbanking, money was debited and just at after it showed the recharge unsuccessful try again to receive the recharge.. ..
the account didn't reflected any balance..
recharge no. :[protected]
reference no. :[protected]
please look in the matter... and refund the money.
