I made an online payment of rs 428/ on 23/10/17 thro my sb a/c with icici bank with payment id [protected] for booking cinema tks, payee pvr shows. The txn failed which was also confirmed by the payee.in your website also. You have indicated sale/fail txn id [protected]. Though 10days have passed the amount has not been credited to my a/c.
