I transferred 5000 rupees for Kotak Mahindra account opening process on 27 November 2020 as their sms came after full kyc SMS reads- Dear Dr Yadav, Go to https://invoice.citruspay.com/invoice/enrwiayjnl/a93d56A96 to deposit money and complete the account opening process. I clicked on this link and transferred the amount via debit card but it is not showing in the new bank account Transfer the amount at the earliest in that account. Dec 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Money got refunded into my account as the credit account has some kyc issues(name mismatch) so being that account in total freeze I have got my money back Finally Verified Support Nov 28, 2020 Citrus Payment Solutions Customer Care's response Hi, Please note that this is a successful transaction via Citrus Transaction Id - OL[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
