My SBI Debit card transaction to Kotak bank amount Rs.1000 transferred, but this amount not credited to my kotak saving account, Transaction ID: OTHPG[protected] CITRUS PAY KOTAK MUMBAI Transaction Date on 15:06:2019, Time:9:31pm.
