Hello sir/madam, I am an engineering student of jis college of engineering, west bengal, which accepts semester fee through the gateway of citruspay. While carrying out my transaction yesterday dated 12 dec 2019, the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment receipt didn't come. Kindly help me out sir/ madam, as it's a hefty amount.
