I have recharged a subscription pack of sundirect ₹591 on[protected] through sun direct apk.. The money has been deducted fro my account by citrus solution pvt ltd as the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But the money is not reached to the sundirect till now. I have recharged for Rs. 659 through UPI and the amount is debited from my account. I contacted the sundirect executive, she told that the amount is not credited in their account and not recharged yet.
