[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction failed | |||||
HI, As I was paying for one of the shopping site actually from my account amount has been debited but that has not been credited to merxhants from bank it was successful after that citrus said session timeout, could you please resolve this ASAP. Actuallu when I selected the product from shopclues.com and after proceedd to pay I selected netbanking and after that I selected my bank to want to pay from and after that it redirects through citrus and then to my bank after I enterd my money and it was successfully done and debited my account but after that suddenly citrus showed session expired and shoclues could nt recive the money and says transaction failure, could you please work on this.
