[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction fraud from kotak1194565 pos | |||
There have been 2 transactions from kotak1194565 each of rs 10000/- from my sbi bank account on 7th sept 2019 morning 8:59 am and 9:00 am. Both are illegal fraud transactions as i didn't do any purchase & my card was with me. Transaction details #1 : Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx6368 for a purchase worth rs10000.0 on pos kotak1194565 at citruspay kotak txn#[protected]. Transaction details #2 : Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx6368 for a purchase worth rs10000.0 on pos kotak1194565 at citruspay kotak txn#[protected]. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your cyber cell and they shall facilitate you on the further process. | |||
