Citrus Payment Solutions — transferring money

Address:Raichur, Karnataka, 584101

I tried to transfer money from federal bank to my kotak mahindra bank's app using debit card of federal bank, but transaction from federal bank was clear and even rs.1000 got debited but i dint receive any notification from kotak bank, nor its showing and transaction details, theres no sign that i made a transcation. But i have details that money got deducted from federal bank account

I was submitting exam fee and that debited 2 times

I Have 3 Mobile numbers registered with citrus

Using this numbers i have transferred 2000 to Bank from each mobile number on Dec/4/17, but Amount is not transfered to my account number
