Dear sir/madam,
I am Abhijith Ajay.
I had paid my course fee for BA degree from ignou university. I paid amount of Rs.2122 through online banking from my Canara Bank debit card. I paid the amount on 19 march, 2017. The amount has been deducted from my account but the fee has not reached the university. My admission is getting delayed due to pending fee. Please help me to get a refund of the amount as soon as possible.

I 've paid 1000 rs for kea counselling on 19 March 2017 .payment was debited from my bank and status was paid in kea but they r asking for payment receipt.kindly help me
