[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — upi payment - money deducted. ghmc property tax still due

Address:Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500013

I chose citrus payment upi on ghmc hyderbad property tax website to pay rs 5356 to ghmc property tax hyderabad on dec 31st. My money has been successfully transferred to [protected]@axisbank.

But the payment receipt has not been generated instantly. My property tax still shows due. Kindly return my money to my account as soon as possible.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have already sent a email to [protected]@payu.in on 31st DEC, 2019 and also on 3rd JAN, 2020.

Is [protected]@payu.in, the correct email ID I have to sent to?

In the email I mentioned the -
merchant, my email ID, vpa o[censored]PI transaction, amount, date of transaction and bank reference number. If you cannot help me, please direct me to superior of yours. Please escalate my issue and fix it ASAP.
