[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara order payment issue | |||
I placed an order on zara india online today, 2 July 2021 and opted for payment method UPI. I paid the money through paytm upi to the citrus solutions pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) which zara uses for its UPI payments. The money got debited from my account but the order wasn’t placed. Instead, it started showing transaction unsuccessful on the zara app but paytm showed that the amount has been the paid to the citrus solutions. Neither my order is confirmed, nor I’ve recieved my money back. Kindly check my concern and revert to me. Was this information helpful? | |||

The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
