[Resolved] Citruspay — my account has debited rs.10, 000 instead of rs, 10 | |||||
I have made a payment through icici bank debit card of rs, 10 to shine.com however rs.10, 000 has debited to my account on 2nd july 2019 at 4.36 pm. While checking with shine.com they said they have not received said payment and it is locked in gateway portal of citruspay. And they are asking for other confidential details which is illegal hence not parted. I request your office not to execute this payment to shine.com instead please refund it to my icici bank account for which you have details in your portals. Kindly reverse the entry into your portals so it will directly hit to my account without any further delay. Kindly refund the same to my account immediately.
