Very high meter reading

I’m Mrs. Mary Fernandes. This is not the first time I have boarded any cab. I’m a regular traveler in cools cabs and always book my cabs from Easy cabs. On 14/9/2011 I took a cab from Goregoan hypercity Mall to go back home to Mira Road. The driver of the cab said that he would be charging toll both ways. We agreed and sat down.

Did not provide service after promising

I phoned up Taxi Seva Sanstha’s Call Cool Cab (Address: 2, Amar Estate, First Floor, B Cross Road, JB Nagar, MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 059) for dropping me from my Santacruz (West) residence [602, Popular Apartment; 37, Tagore Road, Santacruz(W), Mumbai -54] on 13th January evening. The drop was required for 14th January 2011. The cab was required to report at 04:30 AM.

Booked cab did not reach for pick up

i searched for cool cabs on internet and got a message of cool cab vendors. Rs.900 charged from Airport to Inorbit Malad

Today I have traveled from Domestic Airport till Inorbit Malad in the City Cool Cab (Blue & Silver). The Driver's name is K. Khalid & TAXI No is MH04-F8847.

The driver has charged me Rs.900 for this travel whcih took hardly 20 min. He has even shown me a pre-paid card of that amount. When i resisted to pay he threated me and being a girl i was left with no choice but to pay.
