[Resolved] Bigsop.com — Order placed 11 days ago, not delivered till now and no one is picking the call | |
Hi,
I have purchased one Men Tommy Hilfiger Black wallet and one Frontech (Jil - 1934) Headphone from bigsop.com by online shopping (service order no. - 117052). There it was written that expect delivery within 4-5 working dates. It means within Friday Sept 13 I should have the products I have purchased.
But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status, at least why it is getting delayed. I have sent them a query, from their site, where I have mentioned to let me know the status of the order.
I got the below reply on Sep 13 from [protected]@bigsop.com, to my email id which is arijit.juit2006.[protected]@gmail.com. and the mail has been cced to [protected]@gmail.com

Now from that day I am trying to reach them in the provided mobile numbers in working hours but no one is picking the call.its almost 11 days since I have placed this order. And I am shopping with them first time.

Now what I want from these guys to give me the mobile. There was no information of the contest initially.
