[Resolved]  Bigsop.com — Order placed 11 days ago, not delivered till now and no one is picking the call

Hi, I have purchased one Men Tommy Hilfiger Black wallet and one Frontech (Jil - 1934) Headphone from bigsop.com by online shopping (service order no. - 117052). There it was written that expect delivery within 4-5 working dates. It means within Friday Sept 13 I should have the products I have purchased. But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status, at least why it is getting delayed. I have sent them a query, from their site, where I have mentioned to let me know the status of the order. I got the below reply on Sep 13 from [protected]@bigsop.com, to my email id which is arijit.juit2006.[protected]@gmail.com. and the mail has been cced to [protected]@gmail.com Dear Sir, Thanks for writing to us. we are extremely sorry for the delay in your shipment.we will deliver your order shortly and we will provide your Tracking number by mail. For more details contest us on [protected],[protected]. regards Bigsop costumer care team Now from that day I am trying to reach them in the provided mobile numbers in working hours but no one is picking the call.its almost 11 days since I have placed this order. And I am shopping with them first time. Please help me on this. I do not know whether this is site is fully trusted or not.
