I have ordered garments online on date 5th june. The order not delivered till 10th june and none ever picked customer care number. I have called multiple times.
I had raised refund request on 10th june.That is not completed. There is no confirmation from Clovis that they are working on it.
Delay is not issue, but not being in communication is definitely issue.
As clovia is unable to supply deliveries why they have kept open the site. So that people can just pay them? Was this information helpful? |
