Clovia.com — about a hold on product

I have ordered 3 bras @ 999. I successfully received the same within 3 days. But i found that one of that bra isn't my size so i returned it and ordered another one. But i didn't get any updates. Whether u received the packet i have returned or whether my new order was on transit. Kindly reply for this. I am a satisfied customer of yours.

I ordered 4 bra at 799and there is offer of 2 free panties and clay mask but I don't received 2 free panties so I returned the product and it was picked yesterday but still I not received my refund
