Clovia.com — Amount deducted but order not placed yet

I placed an order of 903 rs today. The amount is deducted but the order is not placed. The items are still in my cart and when I checked the order status with order id the status is showing payment not done. Please help me with this. I want my money back if order is not placed and I would not order from this site ever again. I have sent the mail to clovia with payment receipt.My order I'd 9136782
