We purchased few days ago a product through COD mode of payment from Clovia. We returned the merchandise soon as we didn't like it. To out dismay, we haven't received the refund still, we are unable to speak at the customer care no. as it is coming as continuously busy. We even mailed our concern to their email ID but haven't received any response till date. We are being cheated. We could have charged back if we had done the payment through credit/debit card but using COD mode has cost us badly as we are not sure how are we going to get our money back. Pls help.
