Clovia.com — Clovia wallet amount became 0.00

I had got refund amount of Rs 972 in clovia wallet whiçh automatically got deducted to zero without placing any order or any transaction from my side. Upon calling customer care on first day they said some other user id which doesn't belong to me has done the shopping of that amount also that userid appears to me spam. On second day calling customer care they replied that amount is been transferred to other person's account which doesn't belong to me. How can app automatically do the transaction and shopping, this is completely unrealiable and fraud. Clovia is not trusted app to use any financial scam can be done.
