Clovia.com — I am not getting any response for my complaint

My order no is 804014 which was delivered on last week thursday I got my goods but the problem is both product are having tags of same size but acctually they are not of same size one of them ia of extra large size and i want replacement for that, Same day when i got my product on my hand i sent mail on [protected]@clovia.com for my complaint but there is no response from company nor even customer care looking for my complain it is really very unproffessional and disappointing behaviour.
