Clovia.com — I have asked for return and refund of the product but they cheated by cancelling the request without my knowledge

I placed the order with clovia on 24dec and asked for return and refund as due to size issues and I got a message stating that the return will be done today but when I tracked the return status I could see that the return has been cancelled without my knowledge and also in the order it states that the order cannot be returned as I placed it 21 days before..
I just placed the order on 24th and it's not even 10days.

And seems like they cheated me and my order number is 7364076
