[Resolved]  Clovia.com — My order is not confirmed

I have done my payment but have not received any mail or message about it
i have complained about it but got no response no one has contacted me
my orders are not shown in the order history

Updated by Priyanka Rajmouli I made payment via netbanking and after doing the check out I didnt receive any mails of the transaction made and neither did I receive any mails or messages from clovia website regarding the order status and date of delivery. While checking my mail, I saw a mail which shows that the order wasn't completed successfully and asking me to do the same again.
