I have ordered 2 Pajama set on 9th Jan2022. I received those order on 17
January 2022. One of them I replaced order . Delivery boy picked my parcel
on 18 January 2022. But my replaced parcel not received yet to me . It's
been 15 days now you are taking time to process my order. There is no
progress showing in your shopping website for that order. I am following
up with your customer care representative daily from 15 to 20 days .Everyday they are saying same statement that your issue is escalated will resolve on 24 to 48 hours . Still no progress.. now your representative is saying that I have not placed order from your website. We cant deliver or refund order ... you can check all records .. you are providing very poor customer service .
This is very unprofessional as we put trust on you. This is not a
good behaviour for a company like you. I am new customer and first time I
have gone through such disgusting experience .. I hope you will consider
this as request and refund my money back to my account in today itself.. I
am tired of following up for order tracking .
