The products were ordered on 4th of June and it hasn't reached to the destination till date. The customer care person said the delivery pincode was not deliverable so the product is sent back to the warehouse. I don't think this should be done without prior information because the product cannot be tracked properly. Also, when asked about refund, they said, it was already sent to the concerned account which is yet another false statement. Please don't try to fool out people. It doesn't look much good at your part.
I want my money back and a written statement of what all has gone wrong.
