Clovia.com — Not received any message of order successfully placed even after doing payment and the amount is already deducted from my account

I have placed an order of 572 Rs.. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received any message regarding order placement and even in clovia account my orders are showing NIL.. How am I suppose to track my order and get assurance..Please clear it out as soon as possible.
