Clovia.com — online payment is done and amount has been deducted from my account but my order is not yet confirmed from clovia

I have ordered for 4 bras and combo shape wear from clovia app and done payment through net banking, the amount has been deducted from my account but my order details is not yet confirmed by the clovia partner. Kindly help me in getting my order or refund my money.
Amount has been deducted from my account kindly look into the issue asap.
