I purchased few products from Clovia that was delivered on the 29th of June. As the fitting was not correct i decided to return the product and the app was showing that the product is still in transit. After nearly a month of follow ups the delivery status was updated on the 27th of July and it was not letting me return the product as it was over 15 days. Each time i call they ask me to wait 24-48 hours, same with what's app and no response to emails. Everyday i have to explain the problem and they have no record of my previous calls or messages. They keep telling me no return request has been initiated. This is a total scam!! They have no ethics. Atleast they can show the courtesy by giving a call back or responding to email.
