[Resolved] Clovia.com — Payment deducted but no confirmation received

I placed an order of 3 bras on Clovia for Rs 1196 and paid from Paytm wallet. The money was deducted but the my orders section was not updated in the app or online. I did not get any confirmation of my order or any order ID. I tried contacting the customer care but no response. I tried contacting on whatsapp as well and tried tracking my order but they are not recognising my e-mail. If the order is not received I need my refund ASAP. Jul 3, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Clovia contacted me on whatsapp and resolved the issue. Jul 02, 2021 Updated by Leen26 I just figured out a way to track my order somehow using the order ID given in the payment section on Paytm. But when I track the order. It's written on the tracking page that payment is still pending for this order. Please check the attached screenshot. I already paid for the order.

Clovia account has been credited. They deducted from my bank account. This is really *****. Behaviour.
3437 is a huge amount. What kind of behaviour is this. They aren't even attending calls nd not replying on whatsapp.
I want my money back ...

Don't worry, if you message them on whatsapp they will attend your message sooner or later. I tried messaging too at first they did not reply. Next day I messaged between 9:30AM - 7:30 PM and they did respond and resolved my issue. The customer care service is good but I think due to covid situation the staff has reduced and maybe that's the case for the delay. If you get nowhere with whatsapp messages. Try writing them an email on their given email id.

I placed the order of 2110 rupees it deducted twice from my account which is 4220rupees and no order confirmation was made neither anyone is responding to my problem in clovia.
