I have placed order again it was successful but please refund me the initial amount 682 /- which was deducted earlier.

    To whomsoever it may concern, this is my third complaint as I did not recieve any answer to my previous complaints, I had ordered 4 lingerie products, out of which I returned three of the products as they were a misfit, I applied for an exchange of those products i returned but ever since then, I recieved only one product.
    Either have my money returned or please fasten the already delayed delivery, this is my humble request.
    I hope you look into this matter with utmost concern

      Order for 508 rs and payment was done amount deducted but no order confirmation so I've placed order again and order was successfully and now I'm charged twice for one order so I want my amount back for one order and want to be charged only 508 ra. Please help this seems to be fraudulent

        I ordered 4 products of 799 as offer price and with tax 814 rs . Amount has been deducted from my account but the order is not confirmed, either confirm the order or refund the amount as soon as possible

          I placed an order of 903 rs today. The amount is deducted but the order is not placed. The items are still in my cart and when I checked the order status with order id the status is showing payment not done. Please help me with this.               I have placed an order of 572 Rs.. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received any message regarding order placement and even in clovia account my orders are showing NIL.. How am I suppose to track my order and get assurance..Please clear it out as soon as possible.

                I placed an order with clovia on[protected], for 3 Bras at 1017Rs. I logged in as guest user but my order status shows payment pending, i paid through paytm and the money was deducted from my wallet

                  My order no.8772633 (ordered on 13.6.21 via online payment). Received an email at evening on 21.6.21 that it was delivered, I never received my Package. I gave my work address but none of my colleagues received it. Chatted with various Clovia agents via WhatsApp & App, but always told they will email me the delivery receipt for confirmation. BuT never got it. Also, tried many times at[protected], always kept waiting like 4-5 mins. Today (1st July), one agent called me around 17:04pm...BUT She disconnect my call while I was explaining my issue.
                  I want my Package or Clovia refund my money.

                    I had requested for exchange of three bras order no. 8829975 processing against order 8735114 on 18th July due to sizing issues.
                    It’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received any call regarding the pickup.
                    I have already contacted you guys 8-9 on Whatsapp and even mailed and also contacted them on instagram but all they say is they will pick up my order on urgent basis but still no progress.

                            I had placed an order on 14th June. It has not been dispatched yet while it showed an estimated delivery on 26th June only, after the order was placed. There is no update on the site as well as the app.

                            Also there was no response from them for my concern on WhatsApp, on email or call. If they don't update the delivery status regularly how will the customer know about their product's location.

                                I have ordered garments online on date 5th june. The order not delivered till 10th june and none ever picked customer care number. I have called multiple times.
                                I had raised refund request on 10th june.That is not completed. There is no confirmation from Clovis that they are working on it.
                                Delay is not issue, but not being in communication is definitely issue.
                                As clovia is unable to supply deliveries why they have kept open the site. So that people can just pay them?

                                  I ordered a night suit and instead of that I received a wrong product (camisole).. I want to return the camisole and get back my night suit... I have paid much for the night suit and the camisole is of less price.. So even my money is stuck

                                    Wrong product delivered by Clovia; with no help from Myntra for refund.

                                    Three words for Clovia experience
                                    Cheats. Cheap fabric and product (a word suitable for their 'team belives in')

                                    I had ordered a black lingerie set from Clovia(photo shared below) but was delivered a box of different products.

                                    Three words about Myntra's help from Support centre (Shadab)
                                    Unhelpful. Excuses. Wrong Policy cited with no common sense employed. No freedom to publish my experience on their site

                                    Myntra belives it be a product under non-refundable product even when the photos clearly depict them being the wrong product. So, I end up getting literally no help, no refund option and definitely no freedom of write about this on their site.

                                      I placed my order on 2nd June it's been 15 days and I haven't received my order yet it shows that my order is on hold and shows me to contact customer care but when I try to do so I don't get any response I made an onlime payment of Rs.1934 via google pay this is the worst company ever I want my order before June 28th please help.

                                        Hi, I'm your new customer and I guess will be last one now... pathetic services..email response after 4 days and delivery product dates gets changed from 16th June 2021 to 20th June 2021 without any intimation.

                                        Request you to confirm if you can't handle business and refund my money which I paid in. Advance.

                                        Request call back by 16th or 17th June as I'm traveling on 18th June with solution not product delivery.
