On 10th of June i have cancelled a order in clovia for which they mailed me that I will receive the refund with in 15-20 working days. Till now I have not received the refund amount. I have contacted customer care they told me send me my bank statement so that they can be assured of the refund amount not received. I sent them the statement. But they did not refund the amount. Again I sent them mail to take an update on the refund, they again asked me to send the refund which i again shared on 10th July. Till today I have not received the refund amount.
Please help me with this.
