Clovia.com — Refund money not received

I had ordered 3 produts from clovia on 23 Jan and asked for the return and refund of the money on 1st Feb. I have contacted them several times but have not received any response from them. I have even given my account details to them but they responded that the details were incorrect although they are correct.
Its been almost 3 weeks now and no resolution has been provided from their end.

My order no is 943179. Request no is 803942
Kindly take the required action at ASAP.
