Clovia.com — Requested for exchange of products but no one is coming for the pickup even after 15 days

I had requested for exchange of three bras order no. 8829975 processing against order 8735114 on 18th July due to sizing issues.
It’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received any call regarding the pickup.
I have already contacted you guys 8-9 on Whatsapp and even mailed and also contacted them on instagram but all they say is they will pick up my order on urgent basis but still no progress.
