Updated by AsishBose There were some apology related recrediting of holidays due to some atrocious act by the
club mahindra Employees @Poovar. I have the mail concerning the same.
I was asking Amar about using those recreditable holidays for the booking requested. Still an egoistic no was the answer.
Anyways the blue membership is just to pay ASF and lapse the days.
Now if the same cannot be done by you guys then there apology stands void and then, is it a charge against IPC 140, 120A, 464, 500, 499 which should be taken both as a criminal offence and as a consumer offence.
Also on the criminal offence terms :: 354A against the
club mahindra employee at poovar and the employees who tried to cover up for it.

Club Mahindra called again on Monday[protected] Evening even though as a customer, I had told that I donot want to speak anymore with him.
This time he told he will be sending the cancellation policy details which I requested almost 2 weeks back.
Yeah
Club Mahindra is happy to see anyone (who questions their tyrrany on customers ) go. But without proper refunds let the law of the land decide on issues, the stess and the humility that the customers suffer under
Club Mahindra.

A contract cancellation would be bound by the applicable membership contractual terms. In case the membership is fully paid (100% of the total membership fee), 60% of the same is non-refundable and towards the Admission Fees. While the balance 40% is refundable post deducting all the utilization on the membership such as complimentary nights, resort credit vouchers, holidays taken, any other benefits received as part of the enrolment offer and pending dues. If you’d want to know the refund that’ll be applicable as on today, please let me know and I’ll fetch the details for you. In any case, there shan't be full refund applicable on cancellation of your membership. Rather than cancelling your membership, you can also look at transferring your membership to any of your friend or relatives. Let me know if you’d be interested to explore the transfer option. This is a flexible timeshare product and I’d still recommend that we have a discussion on the best utilization of your membership.

Thanks for the policy update.
Now that I have your policy, please find the compensation details from my end.
Compensation against the mental stress given by your folks :: 1 Lakh
Compensation against the false promises made about customer relations : 0.25 Lakhs
Compensation against the lapse policy of vacations for the nonavailability of rooms when the customer tries to book (fraud): 0.25 Lakh
Compensation against the verbal atrocity against my family at Poovar :: criminal case against the accused and whoever tried to cover up with false promises against it.
Along with this I demand a full refund of the initial amount. Where in I give back as a perk the huge variant ASF charges and the nearly begging stage each time when I tried for a booking.
Hope my terms are clear for you. If you have any more doubts in this regards, dont hesitate to call me back.

The joy and happiness
clubmahindra is providing with 'certain people in decisive positions interacting with customers' is truly amazing.
Unfortunately this time the joy has crossed all limits to an ecstasy that as a customer I dont wish to beg anymore with any any representatives[ yes that is the real experience for any customer on a lower season as year after year you guys shrink the availability for lower customers forcing them to upgrade, or lapse his holidays purchased by hard earned money or leave with none of the amount that he payed with the tricks of mathematics] from
ClubMahindra .
I have made my statements clear in my previous mails as Amar from
ClubMahindra interacting for over a month has proved that he-representing
clubmahindra bears no courtesy to the holidays of the customer and just corners them to upgrade and neither to the apology statements for mishaps from
clubmahindra of the past.
Now that it has crossed limits, I dont wish to explain anymore on what all has happened again and again.
I am wiling to move it legally contacting the different government and judicial channels available for all the mental and monetary stress that clubmahindras has provided me at the time of holiday booking and via the staff of certain resorts covered up by the member relations with apology which they don mean at all.
Transfer of this kind of a membership with such a great back end team which literally makes the customer beg is the worst thing I would do to any enemy. Forget about my friends and family.
You can contact me back with reference to my last email and how better the refunds could be which on the other hand, we can talk in terms of the charges that I had explained in the last resort of an Indian citizen- the judiciary.

Thanks for the email.
As mentioned by you before cancellations is really not going to be the motto which really benefits
ClubMahindra and Myself.
The 27K out of the ~150K which tends up to 18% with
60% non-refundable Admission Fees
84664.80
is obviously not acceptable as a Consumer of
Clubmahindra Membership.
Also I did not recieve any call after you had spent my time replying with a convenient time. Anyways thats the wish of
ClubMahindra on whether they want to contact me or not. It jsut shows the professionalism.
With the Consumer Rights of the consumer may I ask the below questions:: Infact from member Relations I expect a detailed reply to every point I raise.
Right to be informed::
1. Why do we have a vary in ASF every year ?
2. When a member tried booking, and it was not allowed, why do you guys breeda lapse of holiday policy ?
Right to choose ::
1. If
Club Mahindra Changes the consumer seasons every year [ changing just weeks in middle to a higher season ] cornering the consumer to a higher season denying the consumer the right to choose, what conpensation is due on
Clubmahindra against members who have fallen to the trap ?
Right to seek redressal ::
1. I am not happy with the product and the non-refundable policy of 84K and seek a redressal in this regards.
With the right of a Tax Paying Civilian Citizen of India may I ask ::

Club Mahindra reserve the rights to coverup for Criminal offences by giving false/fake promises to the consumers - member of
Club Mahindra ?
