Club Mahindra Holidays — malpractice, cheating and fraud

I was the victam of sales geemiks adopted by club mahindra. And I bought the membership in July, 2013. (Membership ID[protected]. I was busy with my work and could not utilize any of the free holidays even. Not even the promotional holidays and movie tickets which they give for attending their sales presentations. I tried to get my first holidays booked in December, 2013 for 25th January, 2014. And after that I started realising my decision to take this membership was absolutely wrong. One by one most of the promises made by the sales team started proving wrong. Higly dissetisfied with the responses from the sales team, I decided to cancel my membership and ask for refund (till then I had paid some Rs. 83000/-) That's when I was told that you are not entitled to any refund !!! On top of that, I clearly mention on 21st Jan, 2014, to them not to charge any further EMIs from my credit card. But on the very next day. i.e. 22nd Jan, 2014 they have charged an EMI of Rs. 24900/- (Totaling to 107900/-). What is this? On one hand you already have received my request for cancellation of the membership and on the other hand you are charging an EMI regardles of my clear instructions and warning to take a legal action on that?? I request this forum to please help me out get my hard earned money back from this Cheaters. Regreat that day, when I entered Club Mahindra office. I am attaching the mail conversations I had with club mahindra member relations. Any violation for this will be subject to legal procecution. And guess what?? at 18:25 on 22nd January 2014 (Today) I get a message from my bank that you have charged Rs. 24900/-. Don't you feel this is sheer cheating your customers? I request you to immidiately reverse the payment that you have collected from my card. If I do not witness immidiate action by tomorrow morning before 11:00 am, I will no choice but to go and file an FIR aginst Club Mahindra. One more thing I have already raised a dispute with my bank and I will certainly not make any payment for this transaction to them. If the amount that you have charged from my account is not immidiately reversed, you will be liable to pay any interest or other charges levied by them on this liability. I wanted to genuinly sort out the things by without straching it further but unfortunately disappointed by your company's attitude.
