[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — no proper service and false commitment before signing agreement with cm | |||
Hi club mahindra team, I tried various means to communicate & avail the services as committed to me before signing agreement. Attached one proof of discussion held with kasim. As per commitment, i was suppose to get 3 vouchers of 2n and 3 d each which i did not get. On asking i was told to pay first 6 months emi to avail. Vouchers are given to try out club mahindra services i suppose. Additional there are free holidays available in apps which for which 6 months emi needs to be paid which i agree but not for free vouchers. After waiting and no proper response from mahindra i regret joining and paying rs 50, 000. Request o pay back the money asap before i go legal and initial the compliant in police station. Voice recording of each conversion will be put as proof. Sorry but there is no other way to recover my hard earned money and cannot see going without any efforts.
