Dear Team, I attended the club Mahindra presentation with my wife and I am thinking about whether to take the same. However, the initial response itself has not been very good and I feel cheated and fooled. After the event, I was given, the movie voucher, (details are as follows:) Cinerewardz Registration no. is CRe8ef3517. Authentication / Booking no. is 910323c I submitted the booking request on 28th May with all the details and till now I have not received the movie tickets or any response. till now there has not been ticket issuance to me.
Though, I expected this from a company like cinerewardz but not from a reputed and a "trusted and renowned brand" Club Mahindra...
Its not a question of tickets anymore. Its about faith in an institution. What has happened is equivalent to fraud on the part of Club Mahindra. I have decided not to use any Mahindra product or service.
