[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — not able to cancel membership immediately after giving application

Dear sir,

Mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd,

I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause
Part c, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim full refund of down payment
Rs. 34830/- under above mentioned clause.

Date of filling application : 01.04.2018
Date of payment: 01.04.2018
Date of mail to memberrelation for cancellation : 02.04.2018
I have got sms alert today for membersip id generated is 2811651. No call or revert got on dialling [protected]. I have put request for call back from your end.
Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority
And provide us the refund at the earliest.

Although i have been confirmed on mail on cancellation of my membership by Shreemathi, still every day sales people calling me from club mahindra asking documents for KYC-Pan card copy, Address proof etc.

Don't know exact status when i will get refund -will it be 60 days from 2.4.18 ? Why these documents are required if my membership is already cancelled?

No update received on why KYC documents required-I am getting daily calls. Can Club mahindra team respond if they have given confirmation cancellation then why document required?

Still i am getting messages from club mahindra "Hi, we are awaiting documents from you to complete the processing of your membership application.We have sent you an important email for the same, mentioning the details" but i have not received any email from club mahindra. Don't know why they are delaying processing of cancellation ?
