Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund of EMI | |||
Sir I would like to discontinue the membership of Club Mahindra therefore request for refund of my EMI which I have paid till date. Dont worry they will never contact you or get your request done i have paid and not used as well, i have been in contact with the team from January and they they will info that they cannot refund, cause the form that we signed that it would be a refund . however when i mentioned that i did not sign any document other than transferring the amount to there account and doing ecs. and i asked them to send me the document that i had signed they sent me however they had FORGED MY SIGNATURE WITH THE PAN CARD I HAD GIVEN THEM AND THEN they stopped replying to my email and no contact person number to directly contact and get this sorted .
