I have ordered a boat headphones from clubfactory. But i received a duplicate and diffected piece. It was not original and a local one with a diffected earpiece. So i initiated return and waited. A message popped up saying will take some days to review. Second day they approved pickup. I had to click again a pickup button. Even after two days the courier guy didn't came so i rechecked the status. Amazing, they have changed the status silently as return cancelled[fraud#1].in the google review many people are still waiting for the pickup after returning. Poor guys are not aware that cf fraud team had cancelled their order. They are continuing to wait for the never happened pickup. Again wondered, in the app they have incorporated a button to return again. Cf is so kind. We will not get a feeling that they are fraud. Next day courier guy picked the return. Because of previous status change experience, immediately after the pickup i have checked the return status. Surprisingly in the app they marked "pickup rejected"[fraud#2]. This site and app itself designed to do fraudness. Again they are so kind enough that there was a dispute button and hence disputed that rejection[fraud#3]. So applied by clicking and tried to contact them using my registered mobile phone. But found they blocked me[fraud#4]. So i called using new number. That time connected after 7 min. Asked about all these fraud actions and then he said now the amount has been reversed to clubfactory wallet. He also said from the cfwallet i can move the amount to paytm or my bank acc. Strange, they are not reversing the money to my original bank account[fraud#5]. So i have entered my paytm mobile number to reverse. But the amount is not yet transferred. This site is earning money doing fraud rather right businesses. All their behaviours are dubious including site and app design. They are doing business and fraudness in parallel. So beware. This site is like the old timthara online fraud.
I am disputing this transaction through my bank.
