Order no. S[protected] is stuck with cistoms from past 1 week and their is no respomse from the clubfactory team, please look into it as it is a pre paid order....

I ordered 2 items from the website on 27th august 2019. On 9th september it shows that the item is delivered but no-one came to deliver the item and i didn't receive the order yet. I did complaint to club factory's costumer care on 25th september and from then i contact the customer care of the club factory every week. Every time they say that we will resolve the issue within 2 days, just wait for 2 days and never relies back. They have not...

I have ordered a boat headphones from clubfactory. But i received a duplicate and diffected piece. It was not original and a local one with a diffected earpiece. So i initiated return and waited. A message popped up saying will take some days to review. Second day they approved pickup. I had to click again a pickup button. Even after two days the courier guy didn't came so i rechecked the status. Amazing, they have changed the status silently...
